Regulations of the solid-podreczniki.pl website – general rules

These Regulations define the rules for the sale of goods by CADvantage via the Internet.

The online store is run by CADvantage Paweł Kęska based at St. Dzieci Warszawy 48, 02-495 Warsaw located in POLAND.

VAT ID 737-197-12-33, REGON: 141411314. The company has no legal personality.

All prices specified in the regulations are gross prices expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN). A receipt or, upon request, a VAT invoice is issued for each order, in accordance with the data provided in the order form.

The paperbook sale offer applies only to the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Order fulfillment

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day using the form available at www.solid-podreczniki.pl.

After placing the order, the ordering party receives an e-mail confirmation.

Prepayment

By choosing the prepayment option, the ordering party may choose PayU instant payment or a traditional transfer to a given bank account. A Proforma invoice is issued upon request.

If the customer fails to settle the payment within 3 days of placing the order, the order will be canceled.

In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to change the time of the order fulfillment. The customer will be immediately informed about the change by e-mail.

Cash on delivery

By choosing “cash on delivery” payment upon receipt of the order, its implementation takes place.

Warning! The ordering party who chooses this form of payment is obliged to collect the parcel. If the parcel is not collected within two weeks of the notification, it is returned to the sender. The ordering party will then be charged for delivery, return and storage.

 If the delivery address is a company address, be sure to include the company name in addition to the name and surname.

Orders are processed only on working days within 48 hours from the moment the payment is credited to the account or from the moment of placing the order (when paying “cash on delivery”).

In justified cases, CADvantage may refuse to process the order.

Shipment

When ordering products in the CADvantage online store, you have several shipping options to choose from. However, it depends on whether the purchased goods are in electronic (E-book) or a paper version.

The ordering party chooses the form of delivery when filling in the form. Shipment is carried out via Poczta Polska S.A. Delivery costs are in accordance with the price list when placing the order.

The delivery address should be provided accurately. If there are errors in the address or the recipient is unavailable at the given address, or the shipment cannot be delivered for other reasons, it is returned to the sender. Re-sending will be possible after increasing the original amount by the cost of return and resending.

Complaints

If the publication has production defects or has been damaged / damaged during transport, please send the defective copy by post with an attached invoice or receipt and the note COMPLAINT.

In the event of a complaint regarding damage to the parcel, it is necessary to provide a damage report. Otherwise, please provide a short description of the reasons for the complaint. If the compliant is approved, it will be replaced with a new copy and sent at the expense of CADvantage. In a situation where the exchange is not possible, e.g. due to out of stock, we will refund the money.

Returns

If the paper publication has not been used, copied or otherwise used, it can be returned without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel, in accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product. (Journal of Laws of March 31, 2000).

E-books are not returnable.

“Art. 38 The right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts: (…)

13) for the delivery of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance began with the consumer’s express consent before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after informing the seller about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract. ” (Consumer Rights Act).

The returned item must be returned with the proof of purchase within 14 days, then you will receive a refund of the value of the product. If the product is found to be impaired, the return may not be complete. However, we do not reimburse the costs of returning the publication to us. In the case of both complaints and returns, we do not accept any parcels sent “cash on delivery”.

Personal data protection

In connection with the participation in the website transactions, the personal data of its users are collected and processed on the Website, provided by Users only on a voluntary basis. The administrator of these personal data within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data is CADvantage. The request to delete personal data made available on the website, the provision of which is required by the Administrator, is tantamount to the User’s resignation from using the website resources in whole or in part, or from all or individual services.

Final Provisions

By placing an order, the user automatically accepts the regulations with all its consequences. Withdrawal from the contract is only possible in writing.
